The case concerned the stage of giving physical form to a product concept as a prototype. We organized the process, schedule and partner suppliers needed to produce the prototype, checked processing costs and coordinated with stakeholders.
In addition to planning the process, we worked with partner suppliers to produce the prototype.

In this engagement, we distinguished the work we would perform from the subsequent development stages and confirmed the scope with the client. The outcome was the completion of a prototype; regulatory procedures, mass production, and product launch were not included.
